You are your own manager, supervisor, operation manager etc, and if you still believe other people are responsible for you, you are mistaken.
Get up and do it yourself, try, fail, fall but each and every move you take is one step closer to what you want to BE!!!. yes we all don't control where we come from but it's no use being petty, It's no use visiting your past every time you fall. Obstacles are there to train, groom and prepare you for a different version of your lifetime. I honestly never used to believe in motivation, but trust me it helped me. I am not perfect but I am working on myself to be the best. the day i discovered my talent was the best day of my life, I am working on my talent, I am my talent.
