If you successful in any field, you know that this statement is true. You can't be afraid to fail and fail again, even though it's hard. We arent encouraged to fail in most jobs yet this is how we learn to be resilient. Not everything is going to work out each time, accept that.

Don't stop just because you have failed. Success is still waiting for you, around the corner.
